International Journal of Lipids

About The Journal

The International Journal of Lipids is dedicated to highlighting the work of leading and emerging researchers in the field, presenting comprehensive and up-to-date information on lipid-related biological and molecular mechanisms and their applications in health and disease. In addition to featuring regular research articles, the journal also provides an expansive array of review articles, editorials, and perspectives.

The IJL journal covers several topics including lipoproteins, cell membranes, signalling molecules, cholesterol as well as beneficial and harmful effects of lipids on human health.
It also covers the development of new therapeutic approaches to treatment of lipid related diseases.

Submission Process:

All submitted papers must follow the journal's strict submission guidelines, and must be original, not published elsewhere and submitted via online submission link provided in the journal.

Submitted papers will go through a single blind peer-review process, and authors are expected to make all corrections suggested by reviewers in the process. Once accepted for publication, articles can be published as timely.

Scope of IJL:

Adipose tissue metabolism, Animal models of lipid abnormalities, Antioxidants and lipid peroxidation, Apolipoproteins, lipid transport and metabolism, Atherogenesis, Bile acids and bile acid metabolism, Biophysics, Brain lipids, Carbohydrate lipids, Cell signalling, Cholesterol, Cholesterol synthesis and trafficking, Clinical studies elucidating lipid dysfunction, Dietary lipids and disease prevention, Eicosanoids, Enzymes etc.

Instructions to Prepare your article:

IJL encourages authors to carefully read and follow the journal’s Instructions for Authors prior to submission. It is important that papers submitted to IJL are well researched, original, written in excellent English and relevant. Submissions must include a cover letter and separate document outlining relevant ethical issues and/or confirmatory of ethical approval for the study.

Article Processing Charge:

Authors are required to pay an article processing charge when submitting an article to IJL. The journal endeavours to promote the exchange of scientific knowledge enabling researchers to discover the latest advancements in different disciplines related to lipids.

Advantages Of Publications:

This enables authors to receive a wider reach from the publication of their work, with the potential for a bigger readership and greater potential for impact. Additionally, authors will benefit from accelerated publication timelines, as manuscripts are published in an expedited manner. This is beneficial for authors looking to make their research available as soon as possible. Furthermore, the journal follows open access policies, allowing authors to freely share their work with the public. This helps to increase the exposure of their work, leading to greater dissemination of research results. Finally, authors will benefit from the peer-review process that is followed by the journal, providing them with feedback from experts in their field which can help to improve their work.

Editorial Board Members:

The Editorial Board of IJL consists of highly experienced experts from the world's leading universities, institutes and research centres. All members of the Editorial Board have been carefully chosen for their expertise in the field of lipids. This ensures that articles submitted to the IJL are handled by qualified experts with the knowledge and experience required to publish top-tier work. The Editorial Board not only evaluates each manuscript submitted to IJL, but also provides expert guidance and advice to guide the authors in their efforts to publish the highest quality work.

Testimonials:

1. You are providing a very fast return during the examination of the articles. I think that researchers would prefer this situation. You're also giving positive criticism to the manuscript in writing, and you're facilitating the work of researchers. Especially for young researchers to share their work with you will be appropriate for their scientific development. I wish you success.
