To be eligible for APC waivers, you must be listed as an author or co-author of the submitted manuscript. Upon registration, members receive a membership certificate. Authors can submit an unlimited number of manuscripts annually, with the exception of special issues, and a 30% discount on the APC is available for articles submitted to special issues.

Student Membership

The Student Membership is specially designed to provide assistance to aspiring researchers and students actively engaged in academic or scientific research. To be eligible, students are required to submit a recommendation letter from their department head, research supervisor, or group leader at the time of application. This membership enables students to contribute as an author or co-author, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in the academic publishing process and to commence building their publication portfolio early in their careers. It serves as a valuable platform for students to showcase their research, connect with the broader scientific community, and begin establishing their academic reputation. Additional benefits include the ability to publish an unlimited number of articles during the membership period, a personalized membership certificate, and access to journal updates.

Membership Renewal Process

• Exclusive Services: Members are encouraged to take full advantage of the services provided within their membership term. Unused services will not be carried over unless explicitly stated.
• Renewal Fee Waiver: A 10% discount on renewal fees is available when renewing before the current membership term expires.
• Late Renewals: Renewals submitted after the expiration date will not be eligible for continuation of unused services. Timely renewal is crucial to avoid disruption in membership benefits.
