Aims and Scope

Journal of Nervous System and Physiological Phenomena (JNPP) is committed to advancing the understanding of neural and physiological systems in both health and disease. As an open-access, peer-reviewed journal, JNPP provides a platform for researchers, clinicians, and scientists to share their latest findings in neuroscience, neurophysiology, and related biomedical fields. The journal encourages innovative and interdisciplinary research that enhances our comprehension of the nervous system’s structure, function, and its intricate interactions with physiological processes.

JNPP welcomes original research articles, reviews, case studies, and short communications spanning a broad spectrum of topics, including molecular and cellular neurobiology, electrophysiology, neural engineering, computational neuroscience, neurodegenerative diseases, and neurogenetics. It also covers advancements in robot-assisted therapy, stem cell research, bioinformatics, and biotechnological applications in neuroscience and physiology. Studies exploring bio-inspired computing, neurodevelopmental disorders, and physiological networks are also highly encouraged.

The journal provides insights into fundamental and translational neuroscience, covering areas such as pharmacology, neuroimmunology, neuroanatomy, functional morphology, and medical devices for diagnosing and treating nervous system disorders. JNPP also embraces research on neurological disease occurrence, molecular pathophysiology, metabolism, and regenerative medicine to bridge the gap between laboratory discoveries and clinical applications.

We encourage authors to submit original research articles, reviews, and perspectives that explore the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and neuroscience, neurology, physiology, and related fields. The topics covered by the journal include, but are not limited to, the study of the nervous system:
